We strive for longevity with our staff, making this more of a career than just a job. This helps provide greater consistency for your children and a stable, nurturing environment. While turnover can happen, we work hard to minimize it by offering benefits like medical, dental, vision, and a simple IRA to support our staff’s well-being and career growth.

We go above and beyond the required teacher-to-student ratios in every classroom, ensuring each child receives personalized care and attention. These lower ratios benefit both the children, who get more one-on-one support, and our staff, allowing them to build stronger connections and provide the best possible care.

We also make use of other local playgrounds for the older kids, while the younger children practice their walking skills by holding a rope as they venture just a few blocks around our neighborhood, and also to the nearby Triangle Park. Even our littlest ones get to enjoy the outdoors, taking trips in their own personal 4-seat strollers.

Our kids love to go outside in all weather, but if conditions keep us from venturing out to other areas, our wonderful covered play structure provides a fun, safe space for the children to play year-round, rain or snow.

For our older children, we have 15-passenger vans that make it easy to take field trips to fun parks and activities that are just a little too far to walk. These outings allow the children to explore even more of what the community has to offer.

Beyond our center, we love fostering a sense of community among our families. Many parents form small groups to connect and support one another, and we host a variety of events to encourage those bonds. Once a month, we offer a Date Night for parents, giving them a much-needed break while the kids enjoy a fun evening at the center.

We also organize a number of special outings throughout the year, such as a trip to an Indians baseball game and the Coeur d’Alene Santa Cruise, where families can spend time together at a reduced price 

Our annual center-wide picnic brings everyone together, and we celebrate our graduating students with a mini graduation ceremony before they head off to kindergarten.

Our meals are crafted to be balanced, nutrient-rich, and developmentally appropriate. From hearty breakfasts like old-fashioned oats and Greek yogurt with homemade granola to well-rounded lunches and snacks featuring seasonal produce, we aim to nourish children throughout their day.

We are mindful of food allergies and dietary restrictions, and we provide safe, appropriate alternatives so that every child can enjoy nutritious meals tailored to their needs.
