• Experience working with young children and excellent supervision skills
• Education in the field of Early Childhood is preferred
• Willingness to learn specific positive discipline techniques and use HFC standards for teacher-child interactions
• Ability to keep a clean and organized environment
• Non-smoker
• Team player
• Cheerful, positive and professional

Applicants will need to complete a TB test, background check, CPR training, and other requirements for licensing and Early Achievers standards.
